LIFE and death were complex things to most people, even to Gabriel despite being the very embodiment of both. To understand such a deep topic was quite a chore for her, but from her own experience, she would admit that she might have a grasp on them, although she was still a little lost herself. But when it came to something like fate, that was one thing she wished to change ever since the day she lost her only family. Unfortunately, it never happened, for fate seemed to have a different path set for the soulless; a path she never wanted to be a part of.
SHE listened to the other’s words intently, despite the disinterest she showed on her facade. To believe that someone like her would say such things, it made Gabriel wonder if they were similar to each other when it came to fate – but she did not wish to comment on it, nor show interest about the younger female’s life. “I wish. But unfortunately, it isn’t.” She answered monotonously, her head faced down slightly to cover her dead looking eyes under her bangs. “– It’s unpredictable, even if we were to attempt changing it slightly, Flora. There’s nothing we can do about it other than to accept it, I guess.”
⊰ ✿ ⊱ — Words from the latter caused a contumacious spew to clench inside her. There was a mendacious drift through the worlds doing ; LAVISH for letting her live in such a world so toxic, noxious for controlling peoples ways. ( A rhapsodic voice is singing ! rapturous && fervent ! Let it sing away those sorrows my dear ! ) It was almost striking how her own familiarity with fate was so thin. A detail so noxious that it was even risible to dive into. Was it shameful antics that lead her to be this way ? — A phantom in the shadows shall it be ? ( no ! There was a parasite in the mix ! GET RID OF IT ! take it away from me ! ) her hope slightly dims now. begging && begging to break free.
Tiers once where disastrous fury. ; yet now optics are searching. ( for what ? answers ? ) She sighs. ; dark colors veiling soft features. There’s sadness in her eyes that she could only wish the latter wouldn’t see. ( Please, turn your eyes away ; ) ❛ i know, i know. ❜ Oh how she’s sad ! Hues no longer dry but instead peaking with tears on the surface . ( LOOK AWAY ! i don’t want you to see my like this. ) A frail voice speaks ; softly. maybe she’s about to break. A turn of event’s it would seem. ❛ I just — i don’t understand. ❜
She’s a fractured star
lingering in your time.
But let her part the oceans
let the fair waves be so solace for the unforeseen.
❛ why is that ? what if i don’t want to accept that ?
❜
( what if i don’t want to accept i’ve lost everyone. )
