“Damn… are you sure you don’t have any more of these books in stock?” he asked, with a sigh. His hand found its way to the nap of his neck, carding through the hair there as he frowned. This was the third bookstore he’d stopped at and for some reason, none of them had the titles he was looking for.

            ⊰ ✿ ⊱  — doe eyes are slightly disappointed, laid astray. tenuous smile on her lips : miraculously slipping through the cracks of her ways. extremely sorrowful was she seemingly, books were like her family, closely kept  and held with a motherly embrace. ❛ ah—— apparently we do not ? ❜  her gaze is almost pleading. A slow day like this was typical for emptiness to aspire through oak bookshelves. Always slow there, it wasn’t too overwhelming but it was enough. ❛  was it especially important that you find these today ? we normally get our restock by tomorrow and— ❜  she runs a hand through tresses of  obsidian dark, slightly messy from a fast search in a heap of  dusty corners.  ❛ i mean i could always go and look in the back to see if we have anymore if that would help !  ❜
